I, the Customer/User (any person who visits or registers on the Owner's Website, Telegram channel, Viber channel, chat, chatbot, Instagram page, speaking club), the subject of personal data in accordance with the information provided by me, guided by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", I hereby grant permission to Metelka Vira Oleksiivna, TIN/EDRPOU 3252314605, - hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Owner", to process my personal data in the Customer/User Database owned by Metelka Vira Oleksiivna, under the following conditions:

1. Personal data will be processed in order to:
— ensuring compliance with laws and other regulations; fulfilment of the contractual relationship between the sole proprietor Metelka Vira Oleksiivna and the User/Customer;— for information support, Users / Customers who have provided their personal data in any way, including by providing their personal data through the Telegram channel/ Viber channel /chat / chatbot /Instagram page /e-mail / speaking club / form on the Owner's website / platform;— servicing inquiries and applications of Users/Customers;— maintaining communication with Users/Customers;— sending information, including advertising information (messages), via chat, chatbot or to the e-mail / phone number specified by the user, or social networks, including sending advertising, service lettera and newsletters.— signing an agreement with the User/Customer and its execution.— establishing feedback with the Users/Customers, including sending notifications and requests, regarding the use of the Telegram channel, Viber channel, chat, chatbot and the provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User/Customer.— determining the location of the User/Customer to ensure security and prevent fraud.— providing the User/Customer with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Telegram channel, Viber channel, chat, chatbot, Zoom, website, platform etc.— posting reviews and advertisements from the User/Customer on the website, Telegram channel, Viber channel, social media page, chat, chatbot, on the Owner's website and on the Owner's platform.

2. The following personal data will be processed by the Owner:
User’s/Customer’s:- surname, first name, patronymic- mobile phone number- electronic mail (e-mail)-link to an account on the social network Instagram- nickname in Telegram / Viber

3. The Owner has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to a third party in compliance with the requirements stipulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", GDPR.

4. I confirm that I am aware of the rights to personal data protection provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", as well as the GDPR: — to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the Owner or the Manager of personal data or give a corresponding order to obtain this information to persons authorised by them, except in cases established by law;— to receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;— to access their personal data;— to receive a response on whether their personal data is processed no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request, except in cases provided for by law, and to receive the content of such personal data;— to submit a reasoned request to the Personal Data Controller with an objection to the processing of their personal data;— to submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any Owner and controller of personal data if such data is processed illegally or is unreliable;—to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discrediting the honour, dignity and business reputation of an individual;— to lodge complaints about the processing of your personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court;— to apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;— to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;— to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;— to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;— protection against an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.
I give my consent to the Owner to publish and further use the material I have submitted, including feedback in any form, correspondence, audio and video recordings, photographs, screenshots of messages and/or SMS messages, to publish it by posting it on the Internet, to use it in offline events held by the Owner, where information about the Owner and its projects and information products, its clients and participants of programmes and information products is posted/used; including for commercial purposes, for the purpose of advertising without any time limit and without payment of remuneration to me from the Owner in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and the GDPR.
Images and video materials may not be used by the Owner in ways that discredit my honour, dignity and business reputation.I confirm that I am familiar with the Owner's Privacy Policy, which is available at https://yourwonderteacher.com.ua I also agree that the Owner has the right to provide access to and transfer my personal data without any additional notifications, without changing the purpose of their processing, to other third party contractors to perform their functions in support of the operation of the Telegram channel, chatbot, chat, website, the Owner's platform, its services and support service.
I have been informed that I have the right to withdraw my consent to the use of personal information (personal data) at any time by sending a written notice to the Owner at least ten (10) calendar days before the date of withdrawal of this consent. I agree that during this period the Owner shall not stop processing personal data and destroy my personal data. The revocation will not have retroactive effect with respect to personal data processed before the revocation takes effect.

To withdraw this Consent in the part of sending advertisements, it is enough to send an e-mail with the subject line "Advertising. Withdrawal of consent" to the following address: .moc.liamg%40rehcaetrednowruoy The period of processing of my personal data is unlimited, but no longer than is necessary for the purpose of processing provided for in this written consent.
This Consent shall enter into force from the date of its provision by ticking the "I agree" box in the form on the Owner's Website or by accepting the offer, the User/Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to the Consent to the processing of personal data and the distribution of advertising information. The above Consent is available on the websitehttps://yourwonderteacher.com.ua If the User/Customer does not agree with any provision contained in this Agreement, they shall immediately stop viewing or using the Telegram channel, Viber channel, chat, chatbot, platform, Instagram page, speaking club, and the Owner's website/platform.
The consent is granted for the period necessary to achieve the purpose specified in clause 1.
In case of changes to my personal data, I have to provide, as soon as possible, accurate and reliable information to update my personal data.
