1. General provisions

1.1. The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) of the sole proprietorship Metelka Vira Oleksiivna, TIN/EDRPOU 3252314605, defines the conditions, goals, procedure and measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data of Users/Customers (hereinafter referred to as Visitors) of the website, platform, page on the social network Instagram, Telegram channel, Viber channel, chat, chatbot, speaking club of the Owner.

1.2. The Policy has been developed to comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1.3. Metelka Vira Oleksiivna, sole proprietor, guarantees confidentiality of the received personal data of the Visitors of the website/ platform/ page on the social network Instagram/ Telegram channel/ Viber channel/ speaking club/ chat/ chatbot of the Owner.

2. Terms and definitions

2.1. Personal data means information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified;

Website means a set of data (texts, graphic and design elements, photos, videos and other results of intellectual activity, computer programs) that are interconnected, contained in the information system, and ensure the availability of this information for end users and placed at the following address: https://yourwonderteacher.com.ua. 2.5. Chat - a community of Customers who simultaneously receive the services provided by the Owner and discuss classes and tasks among themselves and/or with representatives of the Owner/ Owner. The chat can be individual - created to discuss the Customer's success and progress or group - created to discuss the process of providing services with the participants of the meetings/classes/clubs.

2.5.1 чат-бот - це автоматизований багатофункціональний помічник розміщений у Телеграм каналі, який може показувати інформацію Відвідувачам і збирати інформацію на запит згідно заздалегідь підготовлених сценаріїв Володільця, з додержанням Закону України "Про захист персональних даних", GDPR. 2.5.1 Chatbot is an automated multifunctional assistant located in the Telegram channel, which can show information to Visitors and collect information on request according to the Owner's pre-prepared scenarios, in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", GDPR.

2.6. Telegram channel - a channel with limited access in the Telegram messenger, where the Owner posts information for Customers or Visitors.

2.7. Speaking Club is a channel with limited access in the messenger (of the Owner's choice) where the Owner, at his/her sole discretion, posts information for Customers/Visitors.

2.8. A visitor of the Owner's website, platform, pages on the social network Instagram, Telegram channel, Viber channel, chat, chatbot, speaking club is a personal data subject, a person who has access to the website, platform, pages on the social network Instagram, Telegram channel, Viber channel, chat, chatbot, speaking club of the Owner, via the Internet and uses materials and information from any of them (hereinafter referred to as the Visitor).

2.9. Sole proprietorship Metelka Vira Oleksiivna - Owner of the personal data base - an individual entrepreneur who, with the consent of the personal data subject, is granted the right to process this data, who approves the purpose of processing personal data in this database, establishes the composition of this data and the procedures for its processing, unless otherwise provided by law (hereinafter referred to as the Owner).

2.10. IP address is a unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.
