1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This public agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) is an official offer of the individual entrepreneur, Metelka Vira Oleksiivna, TIN/EDRPOU 3252314605, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", to provide information and consulting services to legally capable individuals on the terms and conditions set out below in the form of an online course - a special form aimed at acquiring information, skills and abilities in the field of learning English by the Customer through the consumption of online course content.

1.2. In accordance with Article 633, Part 2 of Article 638, Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this document is a Public Offer, and in case of acceptance of the following terms and conditions and payment for the Contractor's services, the person who has accepted this Offer becomes the Customer (in accordance with Article 642(1) of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the response of the person, to whom the offer to conclude the contract is addressed, on its acceptance must be complete and unconditional).

1.2. Acceptance of the Offer is equivalent to concluding a contract on the terms set forth in the Offer, which is unconditionally accepted by the parties.

1.3. The Contractor and the Customer shall provide mutual guarantees of their legal capacity and capacity to act, necessary for the conclusion and execution of this Agreement for the provision of information and consulting services.

 1.4. This Agreement, concluded by accepting this offer, shall be governed by the provisions of civil law on the contract of adhesion, since its terms are determined by the Contractor in this Offer and may be accepted by the Customer only by joining the proposed Agreement as a whole. By accepting the Offer, the Customer confirms that it is fully acquainted with and agrees to the terms of this offer. In terms of opening access to materials, lessons, as well as in terms of checking homework, consulting services, providing access to the Telegram channel/Viber channel/chatbot/chat, Internet platform, speaking clubs, online broadcasts, the rules apply as in the subscription agreement, i.e. the services are subject to payment upon provision by the Contractor, regardless of their use by the Customer.

1.5. The Contractor shall have the right to change the terms of this Public Offer unilaterally at any time without prior agreement with the Customer, ensuring the publication of the amended terms. For the Customers who have accepted the Offer before the publication of the new terms and conditions, the agreement shall be deemed concluded in the previous version.

1.6. Under this Agreement, the Contractor shall provide, and the Customer shall accept and pay for, the Services in accordance with the Package selected by the Customer.

1.7. The Contractor shall have the right to engage third parties to provide services under this Agreement. The selection of co-executors is at the discretion of the Contractor.
